- Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy
5. Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled service
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Service providers may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances
- In case of provider cancellation, full refund will be processed
6. User Conduct
- You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You will not harass, abuse, or harm other users or service providers
- You will not post false or misleading information
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
7. Intellectual Property

- Service providers retain ownership of their service descriptions and images
8. Limitation of Liability
- BorewellMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- We are not responsible for damages arising from service provider actions
